Fully Customizable Steel Storage Buildings

Our mini steel storage buildings are available with a broad of options, and in a variety of different designs and materials. Our self-storage units feature roll-up doors, a 35-year warranty on paint and are available with fully-customizable floor plans (or you may check out some of our more popular floor plans, but keep in mind we can customize to any unit mix desired) to fit both the shape and design of your land and the needs of your particular project. You may also choose from climate-controlled or non climate-controlled buildings. Many of our metal mini storage buildings are suitable for boat and RV storage, and you may also design your building to adhere to any specific county load requirement requests for your area.

Shipping and Delivery

regency Steel Buildings works closely with ten manufacturing plants across the continental United States, although, if preferred, it is possible to pick up your metal mini storage building with your own freight carrier. Because we typically ship small projects via community freight or group loads, we are able to offer lower freight costs than our competitors as long as your delivery schedule has a little flexibility.

Once your mini self-storage building arrives, it is critical that you take immediate inventory so that you may note any shortages or damages. You then have three days to report any “hidden damage” or missing or damaged goods that arrived in sealed containers.

All parts of your metal mini storage building should arrive at the same time, however insulation and overhead doors, if ordered, are shipped by separate manufacturers and generally arrive in separate shipments.
