In 2019 I worked with “Jeremy” at Regency Steel Building Supply. He was very beneficial from the start and throughout the process. Once he was provided with my site plan and building request he quickly responded with building designs for my project. Do to the slope of my work site I had to change all of the building’s designs. Jeremy again responding in a timely manner, working with my architect, engineer and myself to come up with a set of prints that were perfect for my site. Once the plans were approved, Regency shipped on time and had the entire package onsite ahead of schedule and without damage. During construction I had an issue with one of the roll up doors. One of the tensioners that hold the door in place failed. I called Jeremy and he went to work contacting the door manufacture and getting a replacement part without holding up my contractor. In short I was very happy with Regency Steel Building/Mini Storage Outlet. The price with right, the service was excellent, and the follow-up made my entire project run smoothly.
