Self-Storage Facility Supplied in Bailey, Colorado

Mini Storage Outlet supplied these these (2) mini storage buildings in Bailey, Colorado. They are now part of Deer Creek Secure Self-Storage, a 95-unit self-storage facility located about 45 minutes southwest of Denver.

The storage facility welcomes residential and commercial tenants with traditional outdoor access storage units, RV and boat storage needs and has a fence, gate, digital video surveillance and other security measures in place. All the storage units inside both buildings are accessible 24/7, and all units are climate-controlled, keeping items housed inside them in prime condition.

Mini Storage Outlet worked closely with the self-storage business owner to create buildings that would accommodate the needs of residents living along the Front Range of the Rocky Mountains. The business owner also verified building and engineering codes with the local building department before starting this project and Regency engineered the buildings to meet them.

The population of Bailey and the surrounding area is steadily increasing, rising about 9% in 2020 alone. As population increases, so, too, does demand for self-storage. These buildings bring almost 100 new storage units to the region and pull in a steady stream of revenue for their owner.
