Regency Steel Buildings has been working closely with Windsor Storage since November of 2021, ordering the first set of buildings later that year, keeping the project on-going. The final (3) buildings on the project were delivered early 2023.
The facility accommodates growing demands for self-storage in Windsor and surrounding areas. The self-storage buildings generate a stream of revenue from customers who rent units on a month-to-month or annual basis.

Insulation & Other Upgrades
Some of the metal mini storage buildings have insulation packages varying from a double-layer, R-30 insulation system, 6” R-19 and 4” -13 insulation.
The self-storage buildings have heavy-duty partitions separating the storage units inside. Several of them also feature gutters, downspouts and DripX along their roofs, which help control condensation.
Located in north-central Colorado, Windsor extends into both Larimer and Weld counties. It sits about 17 miles from Fort Collins and roughly 57 miles north of Denver.
