Nearly all facets of our pre-engineered mini storage buildings are customizable. Our buildings are available with a wide variety of unit mixes, and while some of our more popular floor plans are available for review, you may also design your own in order to meet the needs of your particular project and plot of land.  You may also design your mini storage building units to be climate-controlled, non-climate controlled or a combination, depending on your target market’s storage needs.

We generally recommend the creation of a site plan and/or feasibility study to help ensure the success of your self-storage facility. Site plans provide an outline for your project that is specific to your piece of land, specifying everything from unit size and architecture to signage, drainage and parking plans. Site plans are created with your input, in conjunction with a design professional well-versed in mini storage projects.
