Regency Steel Buildings was the supplier of these (2) metal mini storage buildings in Rock Springs, Wyoming.

Delivered to the erection site in March of 2023, the mini storage buildings feature (38) storage units between them in two different sizes. Per the client’s request, Regency removed the back wall panels from Building A to create a seamless connection between the two structures, with the roof of Building A sloping toward the business’s main doors and the roof of Building B sloping away from the main doors.

Both mini storage buildings feature rugged, 29-gauge steel dividers that break their interiors into separate rentable units. Both also have gutters, downspouts and DripX condensation control pre-applied to their roof panels, helping items stored inside remain dry and protected against damage.

Building A

Building A is 30’x248’x14’/17.75’ and has a 1.5:12 roof pitch. Inside, it has:

Building B

Building B is 15’x210’x8.9’/9.5’ and has a 0.5:12 roof pitch. Inside, it has:

• (21) 10’x15’ storage units

Each unit has one of either (17) 12’x12’ storage doors with chain hoists and stainless-steel latches or (21) 9’x8’ mini storage doors, also with stainless-steel latches, offering private access inside. Both metal mini storage buildings also have 115-mph wind loads and 30.24-psf roof snow loads, keeping them compliant with local building codes.
