Mini Storage Outlet supplied these seven Regency Steel mini storage buildings for the owner of a self-storage business in Williston, North Dakota, sending the building kits to the jobsite in February 2025.
Altogether, the seven metal mini storage buildings feature 252 storage units for rent in several sizes, appealing to renters with a variety of storage needs while generating a steady stream of rental revenue for the facility owner. All seven structures have modern, matching exteriors, with Hunter Green walls, corrosion-resistant Galvalume steel roofs and a combination of Hunter Green and Polar White architectural trim boosting their street appeal.
Each storage unit offers private access through an Evergreen-colored mini storage door, and all seven mini storage buildings have gutters and downspouts lining their roofs, helping rain and snow drain off easily before it can threaten the buildings’ structural integrity. The roofs also have DripX condensation control pre-applied to their panels, creating another layer of protection against moisture and mold growth.
While four of the buildings feature 10’ roofs, catering to renters with more traditional storage needs, three of them also feature high 16’ ceilings so they can easily accommodate RVs, boats or other items people don’t want exposed to the Montana elements all winter.

All Evergreen-colored mini storage doors feature top draft stops and side brush seals, preventing heated air from escaping or cold air from making its way in. Dividing all storage units inside of these buildings are heavy-duty 29-gauge steel partitions, and each mini storage building meets local building codes, boasting 115-mph wind speed ratings and 43-psf snow loads.
