Mini Storage Outlet supplied these (3) pre-engineered mini storage buildings for a customer in Heber City, Utah, in late April of 2016. The trio of buildings are all desert sand in color with striking copper metallic roofs overhead, and together, they serve as a mini storage complex.
Building A is 35’x72’x11.5’ in size and has a 3:12 roof pitch, while Building B is 35’x156’x11.5’ and also has a 3:12 roof pitch. The final building, Building C, is 50’x154’x16’ in size and has a 0.5:12 roof pitch. Distributed among the buildings are (66) framed openings, among them (58) 11’x10’ openings enclosing (58) 11’x10’ Janus Model 650 mini storage doors and (8) 10’x14’ openings enclosing (8) 10’x4’ roll-coil doors. In consideration of the typical climate in Heber Valley, the mini storage complex features a wind speed of 115 mph and a high snow load of 97 lbs.
