Regency Steel Buildings supplied this steel building in Custer, South Dakota in December, 2013. Originally planned as RV storage, this building is now used as a mini storage building about 30 minutes from Rapid City and Hot Springs in Custer County.
The steel components for this building are high quality and reasonably priced – all from Central Storage Works. The completed size for this min storage facility is 40’x226’x12’. The roof has a 2:12 pitch and is galvalume. For this building to withstand the extremes of the climate of southwestern South Dakota, it is rated with a wind speed rating of 115 MPH and ground and roof snow loads of 30 PSF. There are three roll up doors in this mini storage building a 4’x7’, a 9’x7’ and a 9’x10’.
