This Regency brand mini storage facility was purchased from Regency Steel Buildings in 2011. It was the second storage structure purchased by the Caruthersville, Missouri-based customer.
With charcoal-colored walls and a Galvalume roof this 20’x100’x8.5’ steel building features both 10’x10’ and 5’x10’ exterior units. It has a total of (24) Janus roll-up doors, (16) 9’x7’ and (8) 4’x7’. To prevent condensation the customer added 2 5/8” R-8 roof insulation and it was constructed with gutters and downspouts. It also has a 90MPH wind load, exposure B and a 30lb. ground snow load (GSL).
Caruthersville is located along the Mississippi River in the southeastern part of Missouri about 63 miles from Charleston and 196 miles outside St. Louis. It is the most densely-inhabited city in Pemiscot County.
