Mini Storage Outlet supplied these five mini storage buildings to a client in Prescott, Arizona. Functioning as Toy Safe RV & Super Storage, a large family owned storage campus serving customers throughout Yavapai County. With the overall large size of the buildings, 5 structure kits were manufactured to seamlessly attach to create this mini storage facility.
The first building stands 30’x28x12’75”-14, it was designed with (1) 20’x30′ RV storage unit that has (1) 12’x12′ framed opening and (1) 3070 framed door opening. It also includes (1) 8’x30′ unit with (1) 7’x7′ framed opening and (1) 3070 framed door opening. The second building is 25’x100’x10′.96″-12′, it includes (5) 20’x25′ RV units, each unit is designed with a 12’x10′ framed overhead door opening and a 3070 framed walk door opening.
The third building is 50’x95’x13’92”-16′, it includes (25) 15’x50′ RV units each with a 12’x14 framed opening, and (5) 20’x50′ RV units each with a 14’x14′ framed opening and a 3070 framed walk door opening. The fourth building is 40’x90’x14’33”-16′, it includes (12) 15’x40′ RV storage units with 12’x14′ framed openings on each unit. The fifth storage building is 30’x120’x12’75”-14′ and it includes (6) 20’x30′ RV units, each unit has a 12’x12′ framed opening and a 3070 walk door opening.
Altogether the buildings house (55) RV storage units and are equipped with Janus roll-up doors designed specifically for storage units. (18) steel entry doors were also included.
All five RV storage buildings have a single slope roofs with a .5:12 pitch. The buildings were all designed with 115 mph wind speed rating and 20 psf in accordance with local building codes.
