Designed to accommodate traditional storage needs, the metal mini storage building is 20’x120’x7’7”/8.5’ and has (12) 10’x20’ storage units for rent inside. Each storage unit has one of (12) 9’x7’ framed door openings allowing its renter private access, and overhead, a painted, corrosion-resistant Galvalume single-slope roof with a 0.5:12 pitch and a 40-year paint warranty provides protection from the elements.
The roof also has DripX condensation control pre-applied to its steel panels, helping guard against condensation, and the mini storage building also meets or exceeds the building codes in place in the area, featuring a 10.5-psf roof snow load and a 115-mph wind load.
Located in south-central Missouri, Mountain Grove has land in Texas and Wright counties. The community is part of the Ozarks region and sits about a 92-mile drive from Branson and about 180 miles southwest of St. Louis.
