Regency Steel Buildings fabricated (5) metal mini storage buildings for a self-storage facility in Athol, Idaho.
Supplied in February 2022, the (5) buildings are all different sizes and have (118) storage units split among them. Ideal for traditional storage use as well as RV and boat storage, the buildings have either gable or single-slope Galvalume roofs protecting everything housed inside from the Idaho elements.
Key features include upgraded, 50-psf snow loads and 3-hour firewalls, which create an additional level of protection for renter goods. All (5) metal self-storage buildings also have corner trim and black and gray interior liner panels on all storage units, boosting the interior appeal of the buildings. Each storage unit also has its own 3070 KD Bronze walk door with a custom lock and a Grade 1 closer.
