Regency Steel Buildings fabricated and supplied the buildings for this 6-building self-storage facility in Three Forks, Montana, in June 2023.
The custom metal mini storage buildings come in six different sizes and serve customers with traditional storage needs. Each building’s roof has a modest 0.5:12 roof pitch, maximizing usable storage space, and each has 29-gauge partition panels that create walls between storage units.
The mini storage facility has upgrades throughout including painted roof panels, gutters and downspouts, and DripX condensation control pre-applied to the roofs of all buildings. In total, the business has (98) storage units available for rent, generating reliable passive income for the owner.
