The first mini storage building in the complex is 30’x160’x8.5’ once raised and has a Galvalume metal roof with a slight 0:12 roof pitch. The second metal mini storage building is 40’x180’x20’ in size and has a Galvalume steel roof with a 2:12 roof pitch, and the third stands 30’x200’x14’ once erect, while its Galvalume roof has a 2.5/9:12 pitch.

Each storage unit requires its own access point, and there are (132) framed openings found throughout the mini storage facility. Included are (2) 3070 walk door openings, (2) 12’x14’ overhead door openings, (32) 9’x7’ metal mini storage doors and (96) 9’x7’ metal mini storage doors.

The self-storage buildings also boast several customizations made in compliance with building code requirements in place in Bandon.
