Regency Steel Buildings supplied this prefabricated metal mini storage building for a customer in Bozeman, Montana.

The large mini storage complex stands 30’x270’x8.5’ and above it is a durable, hardwearing metal roof with a 0.5:12 roof pitch. Inside the building are (59) rentable storage units that vary in size. These include (12) 5’x10’ units with 4’x7’ framed openings, (3) 10’x30’ units with 9’x7’ openings on both sides, (11) 10’x10’ units with 9’x7’ openings, (11) 10’x20’ units with 9’x7’ openings and (22) 10’x15’ units, also with 9’x7’ framed openings. Also included in this mini storage project are (12) 4’x7’ Model 650 mini storage doors and (51) 9’x7’ Model 650 mini storage doors. All doors are wind rated, and they also boast top-head seals and stainless steel latches.

Additional components of the project include Montana engineer-stamped building drawings and slab drawings, gutters and downspouts, 29-gauge partition panels with Galvalume finishes, and wedge anchors and fasteners. To enhance durability given the normal weather patterns and considerable seasonal snowfall seen in the Bozeman area, the building features a wind speed of 90 mph C, a ground snow load of 43 lbs. and a roof snow load of 30.1 lbs. In addition to supplying the building itself, Mini Storage Outlet also coordinated the unloading of trucks, the forklift rental and the concrete installation for this project.
