Purchased from Regency Steel Buildings in 2012 these two steel buildings one 30’x180’ and the other is 25’x180’. Both buildings are a mini storage complex in Bridgeport, New York. Bridgeport a small hamlet located partly in the town of Sullivan and partly in the town of Cicero.
The mini storage buildings include upgraded color roofs and a total of 58 mini storage roll-up doors six are 4 x8’ and fifty two are 9’ x 8’. Eave heights and doors are a foot higher than the standard 7’ to allow for easily accessible auto shop storage. Both metal buildings were also constructed with wind loads of 90 mph B and ground snow loads (GSLs) of 60 lbs. due to the region’s propensity for heavy snow.
Bridgeport is a part of the counties of both Madison and Onondaga, and lies about 15 miles from Syracuse and 98 miles outside Rochester.
