Supplied for a repeat Mini Storage Outlet customer, the energy-efficient Regency Storage Systems steel building offers superior strength and durability, leading to reliable protection for items housed inside. When raised, the steel mini storage building stands 20’x108’x8.5’ in size, and its roof is comprised of durable, corrosion-resistant Galvalume steel panels and features a gable design and a 0.5:12 pitch.

Inside the metal mini storage facility are (18) storage units the owner can rent out in exchange for a fee. Included are (4) 12’x20’ storage units with 10’x7’ framed openings, (10) 10’x10’ units with 9’x7’ framed openings and (4) 5’x10’ storage units with 4’x7’ framed door openings. Each storage unit has its own door, and in total, the self-storage center contains (4) 10’x7’ Model 650 mini storage doors, (50) 9’x7’ Model 650 mini storage doors and (14) 4’x7’ Model 650 mini storage doors. All the mini storage doors in the complex also feature stainless-steel latch hardware.

Other noteworthy customizations include 29-gauge partition panels with Galvalume finishes that function as dividers between storage units and gutters and downspouts, which help prevent condensation and water damage. Solar Guard roof insulation, which boosts energy efficiency while helping keep items stored inside at consistent temperatures, is an additional mini storage building feature.
