Regency Steel Buildings supplied this pre-engineered metal mini storage building for a customer in Dardanelle, Arkansas, in early February, 2016.
Light stone in color and crafted from premium-grade steel components, the building boasts a finished size of 30’x100’x8.5’. Overhead, covering and protecting the mini storage complex, is a hardwearing, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal roof with a 0.5:12 roof pitch, and Janus Model 650 mini storage doors adorn each storage unit. Additional project features include a wind speed of 90 mph and a snow load of 21 lbs. These inclusions were made to enhance the building’s durability in consideration of the weather and climate patterns typical of the Dardanelle area.
A historic city located within west-central Arkansas’ Yell County, Dardanelle is a part of the Russellville micropolitan statistical area. It lies about 52 miles from Ozark and about 49 miles from Conway.
