Long-lasting, hardwearing and easy to maintain by design, the mini storage building is light stone in color and crafted using premium-quality steel components. It stands 30’x90’x8.5’ in size, and its roof has a 0.5:12 pitch and is made of corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal. The building features (18) 9’x7’ framed openings, each of which is equipped with one of (18) 9’x7’ doors. In consideration of the weather patterns common throughout the Elberta area, which is prone to considerable precipitation and high winds due to its location within a high-risk hurricane zone, the mini storage complex also features a wind speed rating of 155 mph and a snow load of 20 lbs.

Part of the Daphne – Fairhope – Foley micropolitan statistical area, the town of Elberta lies within Baldwin County, in southern Alabama. It lies about 17 miles outside Gulf Shores and about 5 miles outside Foley.
