Regency Steel Buildings supplied this prefabricated metal mini storage building for a buyer in Evansburg, Pennsylvania, in August of 2015.

Boasting a finished size of 30’x50’x8.5’ when fully erect, the mini storage building with an accompanying, corrosion-resistant metal roof was purchased as a part of a monthly special offered by Mini Storage Outlet. Inside the building are (10) rentable storage units, all of which are 10’x15’ in size. Engineer-stamped building permit drawings were also included in this project.

Additional mini storage complex features include a wind rating of 90 mph C, a ground snow load of 50 lbs. and a roof snow load of 35 lbs. These inclusions were made to enhance building durability with respect to the typical climate patterns of the Evansburg area.
