The roof of the metal mini storage building has a mild 1:12 pitch and is comprised of robust, corrosion-resistant Galvalume steel panels.

Each storage unit requires its own point of entry, and distributed throughout the metal self-storage building are (16) 9’x8’ framed door openings. Each framed opening holds one of (16) 9’x8’ Janus Model 650 mini storage doors with stainless-steel latches.

Regency Storage Systems also engineered the metal mini storage building to comply with local building codes, giving it a 30-psf snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating.
