Engineered by Regency Steel, the mini storage buildings offer unmatched strength and durability, creating a reliable and secure place to store goods. When erect, each mini storage building is 25’x100’x8.5’ in size and boasts an attractive, Charcoal-colored exterior with matching trim.

Overhead, matching Charcoal-colored gable roofs with 2:12 pitches provide protection from the elements, and distributed throughout the self-storage facility are (84) rentable storage units. There are (24) 5’x10’ storage units, (24) 5’x15’ units, (18) 10’x10’ units and (18) 10’x15’ units.

Each storage unit requires its own access point. There are (48) 4’x7’ openings enclosing (48) 4’x7’ Janus Model 650 mini storage doors with stainless steel latches and (48) 9’x7’ framed openings, each enclosing one of (48) 9’x7’ Janus Model 650 steel walk doors with stainless steel latches. All mini storage doors are Sunset Orange in color.

Other noteworthy customizations include gutters and downspouts, top draft stops and DripX condensation control applied to the buildings’ roof panels. All (3) buildings also feature wind loads of 115 mph and snow loads of 46.2 pounds in consideration of the sometimes-harsh climate of the area.
