Regency Steel Buildings supplied this prefabricated metal mini storage building for a customer in Hollandale, Minnesota in September of 2014.
Constructed from Central Storage Works components, the steel building is light stone in color with rustic trim, and now serves as a mini storage facility. It boasts a finished size of 45’x120’x9.5’ and is covered by a Galvalume roof with a 0.5:12 roof pitch. Additional building features include gutters, downspouts and insulation in the roof to help maintain consistent interior temperatures while minimizing energy expenditures. The metal building also features 8’ roll-up doors, and their inclusion was made possible by giving the building an additional foot of eave height.
Because Hollandale experiences variable weather patterns throughout the year, as well as, substantial seasonal snowfall, the mini storage building was designed with a wind speed of 90 mph and a ground snow load of 50 lbs.
The City of Hollandale is located within Freeborn County, in southern Minnesota. It lies about 157 miles from St. Cloud and 52 miles outside Rochester.
