Mini Storage Outlet supplied these (3) mini storage buildings for a customer in La Grande, Oregon.
All (3) storage buildings are crafted from premium-quality steel components and boast light stone-colored paint and complementing rustic red roofs, and together, they serve as a mini storage complex. The first building stands 20’x210’x8.5’ and has a 1:12 roof pitch, while the second building is 30’x170’x9.5’ and has a 2:12 roof pitch. The third and final building is 35’x228’x12’ in size, and it also has a 1:12 roof pitch. Distributed throughout the mini storage facility are (82) framed openings varying in terms of size and function. These include (21) 10’x20’ openings, (12) 5’x10’ openings, (7) 10’x10’ openings and (7) 10’x20’ openings.
Additionally, the complex features (16) 10’x15’ openings and (19) 12’x35’ openings. Also included in this project are (12) 4’x8’ Janus Model 650 mini storage doors, (51) 9’x8’ Janus Model 650 mini storage doors and (19)10’6”x12’ Janus Model 650 doors. All mini storage doors also feature stainless steel latches.
In consideration of the climate and weather patterns common throughout the La Grande area, the mini storage complex boasts a wind speed of 110 mph and a snow load of 30 lbs.
