Regency Steel Buildings supplied these (8) pre-engineered self-storage buildings in Lansing, Kansas, in early December of 2016.
The buildings are crafted using top-of-the-line steel components, and together, they serve as the Crestline Storage mini storage facility. The first (2) metal mini storage buildings stand 60’x100’x8.5’ in size, while the remaining (6) buildings are 40’x70’x8.5’ in size. Covering and protecting the interior of the structures are hardwearing, corrosion-resistant Galvalume roofs with 1:12 pitches, and the buildings have (158) framed openings distributed among them. These include (144) 8’x7’ openings, each adorned with one of (144) 8’x7’ Janus Model 650 mini storage doors, and (14) 10’x10’ openings, each equipped with one of (14) 10’x10’ Janus Model 650 mini storage doors.
A snow load of 30 lbs. and a wind speed rating of 90 mph are additional mini storage project features, and they were included in consideration of the variable weather patterns common throughout the Lansing area. Set within eastern Kansas’ Leavenworth County, the city of Lansing is situated along the banks of the Missouri River. It lies about 34 miles from Lawrence and roughly 5 miles from Leavenworth.
