Self-Storage Buildings Supplied in Lincoln, Missouri

Mini Storage Outlet supplied these steel mini storage buildings to a repeat customer in Lincoln, Missouri.

Crafted from top-of-the-line steel components and polar white in color, the durable, easy to maintain metal structures combined now serves as a mini storage facility.

The first building is 35’x100’x8.5’ in size, and has (10) 8’x7’ framed openings, all of which are equipped with one of (10) 8’x7’ bright white model 650 mini storage roll-up doors.

The second building is 40’x156’x8.5’ in size and it boasts (27) framed openings. These include (26) 10’x7’ openings and (1) 6’x6’ opening. The third building is 30’x84’x7.25′, it has (7) 10’x7′ framed openings.

The mini storage buildings all feature long-lasting, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal roofs with a 0.5:12 pitch. Solar guard roof insulation was added to help keep energy expenditures low and interior temperatures consistent. A vapor barrier can also be found in all of the storage building roofs, which reduces dampness and condensation. Also included in these mini storage projects are gutters and downspouts, wedge anchors and fasteners, 29-gauge partition panels with galvalume finishes and Missouri engineer-stamped building drawings.

In consideration of the typical climate patterns of Lincoln and its surrounding areas, a wind speed of 90 mph, a ground snow load of 30 lbs. and a roof snow load of 18 lbs. were engineered during construction.
