The owner of a profitable self-storage business in Pahrump, Nevada, saw the potential to generate additional rental income and ordered this new pair of Regency Steel mini storage buildings to expand the business in October 2025.
Together, the new buildings add another 70 storage units to the facility, with each unit offering plenty of room for clothing, furniture, electronics, sporting goods or any number of other items tenants lack space for at home or at work. Rugged 29-gauge steel partitions separate the interiors of the buildings into individual rental units, and each unit offers private, ‘round-the-clock access through an 8’x7’ Model 650 mini storage door with a stainless-steel latch.
Designed to protect everything inside from moisture and the elements, the buildings have DripX condensation control pre-applied to their roof panels. They also have gutters and downspouts creating an extra layer of defense against condensation, mold and mildew. Gray exterior walls and a Hawaiian Blue trim package create a nice color contrast, adding curb appeal to the self-storage building, while its smart layout and efficient use of space maximize rentable square footage – and rental income for the owner.
