Metal Mini Storage Trio Supplied in Bloomsdale, Missouri

Regency Steel Buildings fabricated this trio of metal mini storage buildings for a business in Bloomsdale, Missouri, in June 2023.

While many of the storage units in the complex serve customers with standard storage needs, the third self-storage building has high ceilings, making it well-suited for housing RVs, boats or other oversize items. All three buildings feature Charcoal paint, Gray trim and quality steel construction, delivering reliable protection for renter goods, and altogether, they bring another (102) storage units to east-central Missouri, helping fulfill an ongoing demand for storage in the area.

The third and largest building in the complex is climate-controlled, featuring 6” of fiberglass insulation in the roof and another 4” of insulation in the walls. All buildings in the self-storage facility also have 29-gauge steel partitions serving as walls between storage units, and each also has gutters and downspouts that help prevent rain or snow from collecting on the roofs. The largest building also has DripX condensation control pre-applied to its roof panels, adding another level of protection against water damage.

Each unit has one of either (16) 4’x7’ or (86) 8’x7’ Royal Blue mini storage doors, and Building C has (2) additional 12’x14’ garage doors providing access inside. All three buildings also have 25.2-psf roof snow loads and 115-mph wind loads in compliance with local building codes.

Situated within Jackson Township, the city of Bloomsdale is part of Ste. Genevieve County and lies about 52 miles south of St. Louis.
