Metal Self-Storage Buildings Supplied in Burkesville, Kentucky

A client in south-central Kentucky wanted to expand his burgeoning self-storage empire and purchased two Regency Steel mini storage buildings to help fulfill a growing demand for storage space in the area.

Delivered in March of 2023, the two eye-catching, Light Stone-colored buildings bring another (61) storage units to the region, and the storage units come in a variety of sizes, appealing to renters with a wide range of storage needs. Bright Cedar Red mini storage doors with stainless-steel latches complement the buildings’ exterior colors, and a combination of Light Stone and Brown architectural trim boosts their street appeal.

Building A is 25’x100’x8’5 and has a gable roof with a 0.25:12 pitch. Inside, it contains:

  • (9) 5’x10’ storage units
  • (7) 10’x10’ storage units
  • (9) 10’x15’ storage units

Heavy-duty 29-gauge dividers separate the storage units inside, and gutters, downspouts and DripX condensation control on the roof help keep the mini storage building dry and watertight.

Building B is slightly taller, standing 25’x100’x9.5’, and it, too, has a gable roof with a 0.25:12 pitch. Inside, it features:

  • (12) 5’x10’ units
  • (24) 10’x10’ units

Painted hallways provide access to each storage unit, and 6” of roof and 4” of wall insulation create climate-controlled storage space for renters. This building also has (1) half-glass 4070 entry door with panic hardware offering general access inside.

Situated in the Appalachian Mountains of south-central Kentucky, Burkesville is about an 80-mile drive from Bowling Green.
