Metal Mini Storage Building Supplied in Osceola Township, Pennsylvania

The owner of an existing Regency Steel mini storage building saw a growing demand for more storage space in north-central Pennsylvania and bought this pre-engineered metal self-storage building to help generate even more passive income.

The new, 15’x144’x 8.875’/9.5’ steel building has Crimson Red exterior paint, Crimson Red and Brilliant White trim and (12) 12’x15’ storage units inside that the owner rents out in exchange for a fee. Each unit has private access through one of (12) 10’x8’ High-Glass White mini storage doors, and 29-gauge partitions with Galvalume finishes create sturdy walls between storage units.

Overhead, a corrosion-resistant single-slope roof with a 0.5:12 pitch offers protection from the elements, and gutters, downspouts and DripX condensation control on the roof panels all help prevent leaks, condensation and water from coming in contact with goods stored inside.

Engineered for the precise building codes and climate characteristics of the area, the mini storage building also features a 115-mph wind speed rating and a 30.1-psf roof snow load. A small township in Tioga County, Osceola Township borders the communities of Elkland and Nelson, Farmington and Deerfield townships.
