Mini Storage Buildings Supplied in Alger, OH

Regency Steel Buildings fabricated this pair of steel mini storage buildings for a self-storage business in Alger, Ohio, in July 2022.

Conveniently located along Ohio’s State Route 309, the self-storage complex features two same-size buildings, one of which is already in use and one of which is under construction. Each building has storage units in several different sizes, accommodating both residential and commercial storage needs, and the owner chose Light Stone-colored walls and Bronze trim and doors for the exterior, giving the facility nice curb appeal.

Both buildings will have customizations that help keep them watertight, including gutters and downspouts with kickouts that help rain and snow drain easily off the roofs. The roofs of both buildings also have DripX condensation control pre-applied to them, which captures moisture before it makes its way inside. Durable and built to last, this self-storage facility will add (86) much-needed storage units to this area of Ohio, helping fulfill a growing demand for self-storage fueled by rising housing costs and a national shift toward remote work.
