Mini Storage Outlet supplied these two mini storage buildings in Lucedale, Mississippi. This successful storage facility needed to expand and we happily joined forces and customized blueprints for the new storage building kits. We think this project in the Pascagoula Metropolitan area couldn’t have turned out any better. Check out this pristine storage property in George County within the Magnolia State!

The first storage building is 20’x200’x8.5′ and includes (37) 10’x10′ units with 9’x7′ framed units, and (6) 5’x10′ units with 4’x7′ framed openings. The second building is 30’x300’x8.5′, it features (6) 5’x10′ units with 9’x7′ framed openings, and (6) 10’x15′ units with 9’x7′ framed openings.

Both buildings have a gable roof with a .5:12 roof pitch and 158 mph wind speed rating to comply with local building codes.
