Mini Storage Quartet Supplied in Hillsboro, New Hampshire

Regency Steel sent these (4) prefabricated steel mini storage buildings to Hillsboro, New Hampshire, where they now function as a self-storage business.

Purchased in May of 2023, the first two buildings attach to each other, while the third and fourth mini storage buildings stand alone. Altogether, the self-storage complex has (147) storage units, allowing the owner to generate a steady income stream by renting them out. While some of the buildings are ideal for traditional storage use, others have high ceilings, making them well-suited for housing boats, RVs, snowmobiles or other large items.

Each building features 6” of insulation in its roof and another 4” of insulation in the walls with a vapor inhibitor. The buildings also feature upgraded, 24-gauge standing-seam roofs with gutters, downspouts and DripX condensation control pre-applied to their panels and heavy-duty steel partitions that function as dividers between storage units.
