Engineered by Regency Steel Buildings, the mini storage building stands 65’x135’x9.5’ when raised and has a corrosion-resistant Galvalume steel roof with a slight 0.5:12 pitch providing protection for stored goods from above.

The mini storage building contains (59) storage units in a variety of sizes, and each storage unit has its own access point. Found throughout the self-storage building are (50) 8’x7’ Model 650 mini storage doors, (9) 3’x7’ Model 650 mini storage doors and (4) 4070 walk doors.

The building also features 4” of roof and wall insulation in its climate-controlled areas and 29-gauge partition panels with Galvalume finishes separating each storage unit. Other key features and customizations include a 2’ parapet wall on the storefront side, gutters and downspouts, and an upgraded, sustainable green door.

Regency Storage Systems also engineered the metal building to comply with local building and engineering codes. Situated within the Salem Plateau region of the Ozarks, the city of Mountain Home is part of Baxter County. It lies about 122 miles from Fayetteville and about 32 miles from Melbourne.
