Now functioning as a self-storage facility, the (3) metal buildings underwent alternative use before Regency Steel adapted and converted them into climate-controlled mini storage buildings. Boasting superior strength and durability, the buildings offer reliable protection for assets stored inside, and each climate-controlled storage unit maintains consistent temperatures, helping protect and preserve renter goods year-round.
Building Details
All (3) converted metal self-storage buildings differ in size, with the first building, Building A, standing 33.75’x14.29’x8’/6’, the second, Building B, standing 14.17’x86.17’x8’/6’, and the third, Building C, standing 11.67’x86.17’x8’/6’. Overhead, each metal mini storage building has a wire mesh roof that offers an additional layer of security and protection for items kept inside.
There are (19) climate-controlled storage units distributed among the (3) buildings, and each has its own point of access. Building A boasts (1) 33.9’x14’ unit with (1) 6’x8’ framed opening, while Building B features (9) 9’6”x14’2” units with (9) 6’x8’ framed openings. The third and final building, Building C, contains (9) 9’6”x11’8” storage units, with each unit featuring one of (9) 6’x8’ framed openings.
Installed in each of those framed openings are (19) Janus Model 650 roll-up doors, and there is (1) additional framed opening enclosing (1) 3068 Dominion Steel walk door equipped with a panic exit device serving as an emergency exit for the storage complex.
Additional Features & Customizations
Dividing each climate-controlled storage unit are durable, heavy-duty 29-gauge partition walls, and there are also commercial-strength, reverse-run M-Loc panels installed along the buildings’ south and east walls.
