Regency Steel Buildings supplied this pair of self-storage buildings for a client in Prineville, Oregon, in June 2022.

Between them, the buildings have (100) storage units for rent, helping fulfill a growing need for self-storage space in central Oregon. The first building, Building A, is 40’x350’x8.5’ and has (70) 10’x20’ storage units, each with a 9’x7’ framed door opening. Building B stands 25’x300’x8.5’ and contains (30) 10’x25’ units with 9’x7’ framed door openings.

Each renter accesses his or her unit via one of (100) 9’x7’ Model 650 mini storage doors, and rugged 29-gauge dividers create separate storage units inside the buildings. Each roof has gutters, downspouts and DripX condensation control pre-applied, and the buildings also feature 30.1-psf roof snow loads and 98-mph wind speed ratings.
