Light Stone in color with complementing Gallery Blue trim, the durable, economical and energy-efficient Regency Storage Systems mini storage building is 40’x120’x9.5’ in size and has (24) storage units the owner rents out in exchange for a fee. The mini storage building has a Galvalume gable roof with a 1:12 pitch offering protection from above, and it also has (24) framed openings that offer access into each individual storage unit.

Found throughout the self-storage facility are (24) 8’8”x8’ framed openings, each of which encloses one of (24) Royal Blue 8’8”x8’ Janus Model 650 mini storage doors with stainless steel latches. Additional features include a 2.5” layer of roof insulation with heavy-duty WMP-WRR facing, which helps protect the insulation from moisture, enhancing its effectiveness and lengthening its lifespan.

Other accommodations include gutters and downspouts that divert water away from the building’s foundation and several additional climate-related customizations, including a 115-mph wind load and a 21-pound roof snow load. Located in western Illinois, the village of Pontoon Beach is part of Madison County. It sits across the Mississippi River from St. Louis, Missouri, and about 86 miles south-southeast of Springfield, Illinois.
