Overhead, the metal self-storage building sports a durable, corrosion-resistant Galvalume gable roof with a modest 0.5:12 pitch, and inside the building are (24) storage units the property owner can rent out in exchange for monthly fees.

The metal mini storage building contains (6) 5’x10’ storage units, each of which has one of (6) 4’x7’ framed openings, and (18) 10’x15’ storage units equipped with (18) 9’x7’ framed openings. There are also (24) doors providing access into each storage unit, among them (6) 4’x7’ Model 650 mini storage doors and (18) 9’x7’ Model 650 mini storage doors. There are also robust, 29-gauge partition panels separating each storage unit from the next.

Special customizations include DripX condensation control applied along the roof and gutters and downspouts, which keep rain and snow away from the roof and the building’s foundation. Other features added with respect for the climate patterns and building codes of the area include a 42-psf roof snow load and a 110-mph wind load.

A small village located within the town of Richland; Pulaski is part of New York’s Oswego County. Prone to heavy seasonal snowfall, the community sits about 40 miles north of Syracuse and about 23 miles from the city of Oswego.
