Now used as a self-storage business, the durable, easy-to-erect metal mini storage building is 20’x113’2”x8.167’/9’ and has (11) storage units available for rent inside. Its single-slope roof has a 0.5:12 pitch and is comprised of damage-resistant Galvalume steel paneling, and it also has DripX condensation control pre-applied to it.

Inside, the Regency Steel mini storage building has (10) 10’x20’ storage units, each with one of (10) 8’6”x7’6” framed door openings, and (1) larger 13’2”x20’ storage unit with (1) 9’x7’6” framed door opening. Dividing the storage units are heavy-duty 29-gauge movable partition panels, and filling those door openings are (10) 8’6”x7’6” Model 650 mini storage doors with stainless-steel latches and (1) 9’x7’6” Model 650 mini storage door that also has a stainless-steel latch.

The mini storage building has gutters and downspouts that help prevent condensation from forming, and it also has a 102-mph wind speed rating and a 25.2-psf snow load in accordance with local building codes. A small city in northeastern Oregon’s Baker County, Richland lies 41 miles east of Baker City and about 28 miles southwest of Oxbow.
