Regency Steel Buildings supplied this pair of prefabricated self storage buildings in Semmes, Alabama, in January of 2022.
Low maintenance and secure, the (2) Regency Storage Systems mini storage buildings offer superior strength and durability, and together, they undergo use as a self-storage facility. The first metal mini storage building is 10’x98.75’x8.5’ when raised, while the second stands 15’x70’x8.5’ once erect.
The mini storage buildings feature Brilliant White exterior paint, boosting their curb appeal, and overhead, they both had hardwearing, corrosion-resistant steel roofs that provide reliable protection from the elements. There are also (17) rentable storage units distributed between them.
Inside the first metal mini storage building are (10) 9/875’x10’ storage units, while the second building contains (7) 10’x15’ storage units. Each storage unit has an 8’x7’ framed door opening enclosing one of (17) 8’x7’ Model 650 mini storage doors, offering individualized access into each unit.
The buildings also contain heavy-duty, 29-gauge partitions that separate the storage units, and there are also 26-gauge panels and trim lining the buildings’ hallways. Wire mesh ceilings are an additional customization made during engineering.
