Regency Steel Buildings secured this pair of prefabricated steel self-storage buildings in Klamath Falls, Oregon, in July of 2021.

Featuring attractive, Light Stone exteriors and ultra-durable steel construction, the Regency Steel Buildings mini storage buildings together undergo use as a self-storage business and are equal in size, with each standing 15’x120’x8.5’/9.125’. Overhead, single-slope roofs comprised of rugged, corrosion-resistant Galvalume steel paneling provide protection from the Pacific Northwest elements and sport 0.5:12 pitches.

Each building has (12) 10’x15’ storage units inside, and each unit has one of (24) 9’x7’ framed door openings enclosing one of (24) Light Stone-colored Model 650 mini storage doors with stainless-steel latches. The self-storage building also has heavy-duty, 29-gauge partitions with Galvalume finishes separating the storage units.

Other customizations include gutters, downspouts and DripX condensation control on the roof, all of which help keep the building water-tight and free from condensation. Both mini storage buildings also have 20.1-psf roof snow loads and 120-mph wind speed ratings in compliance with local building codes.
