Engineered to stand strong in Montana’s variable climate, the Regency Steel mini storage building is 18/20’x214’x9.333’/8.5’ in size once erect and offers superior strength and durability, making it ideal for storing assets. Overhead, the metal building boasts a rugged, corrosion-resistant Galvalume single-slope roof with a 0.5:12 pitch, and inside, it contains storage units in three different sizes.

Found throughout the steel self-storage building are (8) 12’x18’ storage units with (8) 10’x7’ framed openings, (9) 12’x20’ units featuring (9) 10’x7’ framed openings and (5) 6’x10’ units with (5) 5’x7’ framed openings. Each storage has its own mini storage door. In total, the building has (17) 10’x7’ Janus Model 650 mini storage doors and (5) 5’x7’ Janus Model 650 mini storage doors.

Dividing the storage units are heavy-duty 29-gauge partition panels, and additional customizations include a top draft stop, gutters and downspouts and DripX condensation control applied to the roof. Regency Storage Systems also manufactured the mini storage building in accordance with local building codes, engineering it with a 30.1-psf roof snow load and a 115-mph wind load.

Located in southeastern Montana, the city of Forsyth is part of Rosebud County. It sits along the south bank of the Yellowstone River, about 177 miles from Lewistown and about 46 miles from Miles City.
