Self-Storage Buildings Supplied in Post Falls, Idaho

Regency Steel Buildings supplied these (7) metal self-storage buildings for a customer in Post Falls, Idaho in December of 2020.

Engineered by Regency Storage Systems, the metal mini storage buildings offer superior structural integrity, resulting in optimal protection for goods stored inside. Designed to stand strong in Idaho’s variable, often snowy climate, the buildings all have rugged Galvalume roofs with 0.5:12 pitches overhead, and each building differs in size.

The first building stands 40’x322’x14.3’ in size, while the second mini storage building is 40’x250’x8.5’. The third building stands 40’x200’x8.5’, the fourth, 40’x150’x8.5’, and the fifth, 40’x100’x8.5’. The sixth building in the storage complex is 40’x80’x8.5’, while the seventh and final mini storage building stands 30’x375’x14.75’.

Found throughout the (7) steel mini storage buildings are (210) framed door openings. Included are (23) 12’x14’ framed openings, (31) 10’x14’ framed openings and (156) 9’x7’ framed openings, each enclosing one of (156) Janus Model 650 mini storage doors. All (7) storage buildings also have 115-mph wind speed ratings in compliance with local building and engineering code requirements.

Part of Kootenai County, the city of Post Falls is located in northern Idaho. It sits about 25 miles southwest of Athol and about 8 miles from Rathdrum.
