Each storage unit has one of (96) 9’x8’ Model 650 mini storage doors offering private access inside, and heavy-duty 29-gauge partitions with Galvalume finishes separate the interiors of the buildings into separate rentable units.

Other noteworthy customizations include gutters and downspouts and DripX condensation control on the roof, all of which help prevent water damage and mold growth. All (3) steel mini storage buildings also have 90 mph wind ratings and 20-psf roof snow loads.
