Self-Storage Trio Supplied in Hartsville, Missouri

Regency Steel Buildings supplied this trio of metal self-storage buildings for a repeat customer in Hartville, Missouri, in September 2022.

Designed for traditional as well as boat and RV storage, the buildings have storage units in a range of sizes, some of which can accommodate watercraft, RVs and other oversized goods. Altogether, there are (51) storage units throughout, all of which are separated by heavy-duty steel partitions.

Building A is 40’x100’x9.5’ and has:

(10) 8’x10’ units with 7’x8’ door openings
(16) 10’x20’ units with 9’x8’ door openings

Building B is 40’x120’x9.5’ and has:

(10) 8’x10’ units with 7’x8’ door openings
(20) 10’x20’ units with 9’x8’ door openings

Building C is 45’x75’x16’ and has:

(4) 14’x45’ units with 12’x14’ and 9’x8’ door openings
(1) 19’x45’ unit with a 12’x14’ and 9’x8’ door opening

Each mini storage building has one or two Model 650 mini storage doors, and the larger units in Building C also have Model 100 roll-coil doors, all of which are High-Gloss White.

The roofs of the self-storage buildings are made of painted steel panels and have 3:12 pitches and 21-psf snow loads. They also have gutters, downspouts and DripX condensation control pre-applied. All buildings also have 115-mph wind ratings in accordance with building codes.

Hartsville is part of Wright County, in south-central Missouri. The small community sits about a 53-mile drive from Springfield.
