Designed to serve traditional storage needs, this durable, secure steel building is 20’x60’x8.5′ and offers reliable protection for business assets or personal items stored inside. The self-storage facility contains (12) 10’x10′ storage units separated by heavy duty 29-gauge steel partitions, and each unit has one of (12) 9’x7′ mini storage doors with stainless steel latches allowing access inside.
The mini storage building has several features that guard against condensation, including gutters and downspouts with kick-outs and DripX condensation control pre-applied to the roof panels. A high 42-psf roof snow load and a 115-mph wind rating are additional customizations that adhere to the local building code requirements.
