Gray in color, the durable, low-maintenance building is crafted from high-end steel components and boasts a finished size of 20’x200’x9’. Overhead, covering and protecting the building, which now serves as a mini storage complex, is a long-lasting, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal roof with a 0.5:12 roof pitch. Inside the mini storage building are (20) 8’x7’ framed openings, each equipped with one of (20) 8’x7’ Janus Model 650 mini storage doors. To enhance building durability with respect for the climate and weather patterns characteristic of Shawnee and the surrounding area, a wind speed rating of 15 mph and a snow load of 30 lbs. were included during construction.

Located within central Oklahoma’s Pottawatomie County, the city of Shawnee is located about 45 minutes outside of downtown Oklahoma City. It is situated about 104 miles from Broken Arrow and about 38 miles from Norman.
