Prefabricated Steel 6-Building Boat, RV & Self-Storage Complex in Bluff Dale, TX

Mini Storage Outlet sent the building kits for these six pre-engineered metal mini storage buildings to Bluff Dale, Texas, in August 2024.

Now a massive self-storage facility with 180 rentable units, the buildings feature a combination of traditional and pull-through storage units, accommodating tenants looking to store everything from home goods and office supplies to sports gear, seasonal decorations or boats and RVs. The project includes five buildings designed for traditional self-storage and a sixth open-air structure divided into 20 separate bays for boats or motor homes.

Custom-designed for versatility and easy maintenance, the mini storage buildings have moveable center partitions, allowing for different storage unit mixes. They also feature gutters and downspouts with kickouts along the roofs, which channel rainwater away from the buildings, helping keep things dry and watertight.

Low-maintenance and long-lasting, these pre-engineered steel mini storage buildings generate steady rental income for the self-storage business owner from up to 180 tenants who pay monthly rent in exchange for the peace of mind that comes with knowing their valuables are safe and secure at all times.
