The identical, 75’x190’x9.5’ mini storage buildings bring another (73) rentable storage units to the region, generating a steady stream of passive income for the business owner. Intended for consumers with traditional storage needs, the facility has units in several sizes and insulation in the roof and walls, helping protect stored goods by keeping them at consistent temperatures.

In the roof, each building has 6” of fiberglass insulation, while the walls hold 4” of insulation. Vapor inhibitors add an extra level of protection for the insulation blankets by guarding against moisture.

Dividing each storage unit from the next is a heavy-duty 29-gauge steel partition, and Brilliant White hallways guide renters to their individually rented units.
